To submit a document to me for editing, e-mail it to mark@spellchequer.com. When I receive your document, I will send you a request for payment via PayPal. Once you've paid, I will edit your document and return it to you, typically within 72 hours. All submissions are confidential.
For longer projects such as editing a book, we'll correspond to determine appropriate deadlines and an incremental billing plan.
I accept Word and OpenOffice/LibreOffice files (query for other types). Manuscripts for essays, short stories, articles, novels, and so forth should be formatted in a 12 point font, double-spaced, with 1" margins. Billing is based on a 250 word "page". For other types of work such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, advertising copy, etc. send me the file and I'll e-mail you a quote. I'll edit/proofread any type of work.
Please indicate in your cover e-mail if your paper is adhering to a particular style such as APA or MLA. Also indicate if you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, and specify Canadian or U.S. spelling.
